Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from Shreevaazhai. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified once the refund is processed.
